Pointed Dripstone does not break when the block beneath is replaced

If you replace the block beneath an upwards-facing pointed dripstone fast enough, the pointed dripstone will not break

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enter a Java Edition 1.20.4 Minecraft world.

  2. Place any block, and a pointed dripstone on top of it.

  3. Get a different block.

  4. With the crosshair focused on the block that the pointed dripstone is on, left click and right click at the same time.

  5. The block beneath will change, but the dripstone does not break. This is inconsistent with items such as candles, lanterns, or amethyst buds.

Um... that's THIS issue.

I sure do love it when I bug is reported by "susy_amomgoose" but in all seriousness, this could not be a bug. It would actually be convenient for this to be a feature, unless it is possible to reproduce in survival mode. Then it might become an issue

Can confirm. related directly to MC-231727, this seems to be the inverse of that issue.
