[MC-267459] Edit interface doesn't stay open if you right click a sign with a high block interaction range

The sign editing interface instantly closes if your block interaction range is set to a high value and you right click a far away sign.

Reproduction Steps:

Set your block interaction attribute value to a high value via a command such as
```
/attribute @s minecraft:generic.block_interaction_range base set 50
```

You will see the interface instantly close.

Player <name> just tried to change non-editable sign

is logged for every right click when far away.
