Confirmed for 26.1 Snapshot 7. It doesn’t seem to require the chunk to be unloaded though, just for you to pause the game while it’s dying.

This behavior is very similar to MC-266126

which was marked as WAI. Unless I misunderstood, I’m guessing it could be the same case here.

They changed the keybind from F5 to F6 in 1.21.9pre4 , so you now can access the screen while on the multiplayer screen without it just refreshing. Seems to just affect inventory GUIs now.

Hi, my GPU is the RTX 3060, but I was a version or two behind on driver updates. Since updating to 581.15 (latest as of today) the error no longer shows.

Right, I see. So this might need to be how it is now because of no spawn chunks. Just seems strange for it to say “loading terrain” if you die and your spawnpoint is in the same chunk as where you respawn. Wouldn’t it still be loaded?

“1 blocks away” can still show up when using /locate structure and /locate poi in 1.21.6 pre1.
