Or rather, the location where you die is in the same chunk as your spawnpoint. You know what I mean lol, not sure if I can edit comments
Right, I see. So this might need to be how it is now because of no spawn chunks. Just seems strange for it to say “loading terrain” if you die and your spawnpoint is in the same chunk as where you respawn. Wouldn’t it still be loaded?
“1 blocks away” can still show up when using /locate structure and /locate poi in 1.21.6 pre1.
[media][media]This appears to have just happened to get fixed in 1.21.2pre2, presumably as a result of this ender pearl fix: MC-276716
Seems to be fixed in 24w33a.
Simplified description and how to reproduce
I see, thanks for explaining
This bug appears to be fixed in 24w09a. The back button is now completely shown when the window is resized.
Additionally, a similar issue exists if you are riding a sufficiently scaled up horse or camel and try to open your inventory.
A command like
/attribute @e[type=camel,limit=1,sort=nearest] minecraft:generic.scale base set 5
should work.
I'm not creating an issue for this because it seems relatively similar.
I don’t exactly think it is a duplicate. I know that entities you are riding unfreeze when you mount them. I am specifically referring to if riding on a camel which is sitting down should count as “riding” when it comes to the game being frozen. Because if so, pressing a movement key to make it stand should adjust the player mounting position on the camel and make it controllable (aka unfrozen).
Ooh ok, I thought I tried just placing the minecart but I forgot about that when writing this.
Hi, my GPU is the RTX 3060, but I was a version or two behind on driver updates. Since updating to 581.15 (latest as of today) the error no longer shows.
