The "Toggle GUI" key bind doesn't work when set to a mouse button

Setting the Toggle GUI key bind to a mouse button has no effect.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Open controls and locate the Toggle GUI key bind

2. Rebind this to a mouse button, such as the Button 4 or Button 5 side buttons.

When pressing the mouse button in-game, the GUI does not get toggled.
