Mannequins don't play their death animation if you're far away when they die

If you’re far enough away from a Mannequin that dies, the death animation doesn’t play. The Mannequin instead instantly disappears.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Summon a Mannequin: /summon minecraft:mannequin

    1. Optionally, you can increase the scale of it to make it easier to see from a greater distance: /attribute @n[type=minecraft:mannequin] minecraft:scale base set 10

  2. Move a large distance away (see attached video for an example).

  3. Run a damage command until the Mannequin dies.

You’ll see the Mannequin instantly disappear without the falling over death animation, and smoke particles appear.

From the video you can see if you get close enough during when the animation would happen that it does show the remainder of it if it’s not over yet (at about 31 seconds in, very briefly).

Can confirm as well as of 26.1-snapshot-6.

Appears to happen when the player is 25(27 including player/mannequin position) or more blocks away from the mannequin.
(i.e. Mannequin standing at 93 -60 63 and the player standing at 93 -60 37)

Reproduced in 26.1-snapshot-7

Note:
This isn’t a chunk loading issue as I just tested it with a chunk loader next to the mannequin.
