crafter spitout bucket when crafting cake.
when craft cake in crafting table, bucket is stay on crafting table.
it happen also when book with book and quill.
i check and crafting table only spitout when item is change and slot is block is spit out
(stack of honey bottle craft to sugar or honey block is example)
but crafter is alway spit out.
it is not consistence.

This is intentional behavior: Any items that would usually stay in a crafting table are ejected to make sure the crafter is empty after crafting and ready to craft again. Leaving them inside would not make any sense because then the spaces are occupied and therefore in the way for the next crafting recipe.
Based off the changelog from the introduction of the crafter block, this appears to be intentional behavior.
If the output result has multiple type of items all the result items will be ejected together
While the bucket isn't a 'result' item, it is still part of the recipe.
Why would you expect the buckets to stay in the crafter?
