gates dont connect to tuff walls as they should

Hi there! I was unable to reproduce this issue in 23w51b. I found that all types of tuff walls made nearby connected fence gates move downwards slightly. In other words, the "in_wall" block state of fence gates correctly turned to "true" when the fence gates connected to any type of tuff walls.

this bug report can be closed permanently. I had forgotten that I had used NBTExplorer to update an old world manually, but I did not add the update_1_21 datapack. by adding the update_1_21 dtapack, the issue is resolved.
