Sweeping Edge Enchantment no longer works

Sweeping edge enchantment in 24w03a and 24w03b does not increase the sweep attack damage at any level. For instance, Sweeping Edge V, which is obtainable via commands and whose sweep attack damage deals almost 100% of the base damage of the weapon applied to, was possible in 23w51b and prior, but no longer applies in 23w03a and beyond.
