The realms player list is rendered larger than its visual size

The Bug:

The realms player list is rendered larger than its visual size.

This issue causes:

• Player names that start with lower letters in the alphabet such as "x" or "z" to not be rendered in the player list

• Tooltips to be erroneously rendered.

• The scroll bar to get cut off or not be rendered at all.

• Selected elements to not be visible on screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the realms menu and configure your realm.

2. Click on the "Players" button and invite lots of players to your realm.

3. Using keyboard navigation, select a player within the list and continue to press the down arrow, and observe how eventually, your selected element is not visible on screen anymore. 

Observed Behavior:

The realms player list is rendered larger than its visual size.

Expected Behavior:

The realms player list would be rendered the same size as its visual size.
