The scroll bar in the realms player list can no longer be dragged using the mouse cursor

The Bug:

The scroll bar in the realms player list can no longer be dragged using the mouse cursor.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the realms menu and configure your realm.

2. Click on the "Players" button and invite lots of players to your realm until the scroll bar appears.

3. Attempt to drag the scroll bar using the mouse cursor.

Observed Behavior:

The scroll bar cannot be dragged using the mouse cursor.

Expected Behavior:

The scroll bar would be able to be dragged using the mouse cursor.
