MC 1.20.4 Can't 'Load world summary'

The world that i'm showing is the word from a1.0.16_02

a1.0.16_02 is too old

Indeed, they need to be opened in an intermediate version (e.g. 1.16) in order to be updated to the latest version.

e.g must be newer than 1.6.4
