Says has to do with out of date graphics or screen recording software.

Graphics driver has been updated fully, and no screen recording software is active or present.

Your description seems strange. Your version of 1.20.4 should use Java 17 and above, but the environment you provide is Java 8
By the way, if you can provide.minecraft\logs\latest.log, it may be able to help you analyze (remember to delete private information such as tokens, usernames, email addresses, etc.).
