You do not take fall damage after falling a distance of 4 blocks or greater using a wind charge

If you use a wind charge to fall a distance that makes you take fall damage, you still won't take any fall damage.

How to reproduce:

1. Use a wind charge to go up 4 blocks or more

2. Fall back down to the ground

Observed Result:

You do not take any fall damage.

Expected Result:

You take the fall damage.
