Crafting recipe "item unavailable" red tint renders on top of an effect tooltip

If you press on a crafting recipe that contains an item that you don't have, its red tint will render on top of compact effects menu tooltip.

Steps to reproduce:

• Give yourself any effect (Hero Of The Village has the longest effect name, so it might be easier to reproduce the issue with it)

• Set your gamemode to survival

• Open inventory and press on any recipe that contains at item that you don't have

• Resize the game window until the compact effects screen appears and hover over the effect

• Notice that the effect tooltip renders behind a recipe red tint
