The mansion does not appear to be in a dark oak forest, but instead, a plains/savannah intersection.

coordinates: 10728 ~ 23747
What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the woodland mansion would spawn in a woodland.
What actually happened was...:
It did not. It spawned in other biomes instead.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use seed 3645654 to generate a world in 1.20.4.
2. Go to the above coordinates.

Is it possible that woodland mansions don't always spawn in the possible places it could? Chunkbase will give possible spots for the mansions to spawn, and very few of them actually have a mansion.
I use no mods, and the only datapacks I use are vanilla tweaks, none of which should affect structure generation.
Cannot reproduce. That said, this issue is invalid because your game has been modified (whether by mods or vanilla tweaks data packs). We can only accept issues that can be reproduced in a vanilla environment.
I cannot reproduce this either. No woodland mansion at that location.
PS: The bug report title does not match the description. The title basically means "I went to a dark oak forest and didn't find a woodland mansion there" rather than "woodland mansion generates in the wrong biome".
It seems to me that you used a mod or data pack that affected the generation in this place. I checked this in vanilla minecraft and found nothing.
