When i threw the wind charge at a dirt path it did not work I tried again it did not work it did not boost me or launch me into the air what so ever it just did nothing i tried the same thing with all other non-full blocks mud, soul sand etc.
However same thing it did not launch me up into the air or boost my jump

Could also be MC-268562, depending on where you're standing. Doesn't really matter though, both issues are already being tracked.
