Pressing the Space Bar while editing a sign causes the player to jump

While trying to type in a sign, I tried pressing space bar to type a space, but my player instead jumped, and it also kicked me out of the sign.

This bug happened several times while I was trying to write, however I couldn't consistently repeat it.
