Minecarts no longer phase through blocks on slopes when going up or down, they collide instead
For easier reproduction, put this command into a command block to sumon the falling sand block:

This issue was fixed in 23w40a.
Can confirm that this issue was fixed in 1.20.5 Pre-release 2, with the "Joining world" screen being completely absent on leaving the End now.

Items do not have a "back side" texture in this game at all. This is a feature request.
Passive mobs need grass blocks to spawn which is why you need them near to the spawner.

I can still reproduce this in 1.21. The easiest method to reproduce this, seems to be by spamming the hotbar key on a second item in the inventory as well.
This is a feature request. Warped Wart blocks are different blocks to Nether Wart blocks and simply only spawn naturally rather than being able to be crafted.

@unknown No, this issue is about minecarts going through non-full blocks. This duplicates MC-2714.
This was fixed in 1.20.5 Pre-Release 2 with the respective dimension effects / animations being displayed now on entering a portal.
