The Bug:
Splash text doesn't reload properly when reloading resourcepacks.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Minecraft.
2.Install and enable the resourcepack provided below.
The resourcepack below simple changes the splash text to "Example splash!"
3. Return to title screen and you will see that splash text is not reloaded.
4. Relaunch Minecraft and you will see splash text is loaded correctly.
Observed Behavior:
Splash text isn't reloaded and is displaying the old one.
Expected Behavior:
Splash text is reloaded and changes to "Example splash!"
