I don't know if this is a bug or not there are warped wart blocks in game but no warped warts. Although there nether warts and nether wart blocks are exists.

This is a feature request. Warped Wart blocks are different blocks to Nether Wart blocks and simply only spawn naturally rather than being able to be crafted.
