Clouds and Horizon rendering black when at lower heights

The clouds and horizon render almost completely black, when at lower heights. However, starting from Y=1, the higher you go, the brighter the clouds render again upto Y=30. At Y=62 also the horizon renders as bright as in prvious versions.
