seems to be fixed in 1.16 pre-release 1 (try to generate superflat void preset and get to at least y0)

It's not fixed for me in 1.16-pre1

then maybe it's only affect some graphic cards now?

For me it's fixed, 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070, Driver version 26.21.14.3648.

No longer fixed in 1.16.2 rc1. Data pack I used attached.
