  2. look fast

  3. throw the snowball

it only affects snowballs in 1.20.10 and newer not 1.20.1

I was able to reproduce this on the education edition on chromebook. I have not tried the main version, but assume it is also affected. I can upload a video in a few hours.

How to disable vsync on xbox (should work on other consoles):
1. Download and import the world on another device
2. Load the world on that device
3. Join the world from the xbox (make sure to accept resource packs)
4. Follow the instructions on the signs to disable vsync

It is related to how the marketplace packs are encrypted (to prevent piracy). If you move an unencrypted pack from premium_cache/resource_packs (where marketplace packs are stored) to games/com.mojang/resource_packs (where other packs are stored), then it will save. If you move an encrypted one, then it will not be loaded but still in the "My Packs" list. With an encrypted one in the new location, it will be activated when resource packs are reloaded.
