Hand position/size in first-person view are FOV dependent, making them look too small or stretched

The latest preview changed the camera settings and behavior, and one thing that most players will notice right away is their hand in first person being stretched or out of position than usual when using different FOV.

For example:
Here's what it looks like in full FOV 110:

Expected Results should be the hand size/position should be the same, regardless of FOV

Even in preview 1.20.10.21 this issue is still present when Ray Tracing is enabled.
