Updated the ticket to better reflect the issue of the sapling growing into trees with pale moss block underneath, than planting/placing it.
Can reproduce but do note that this also works inconsistently, as sometimes it does shows, and sometimes it doesn't.
Best way to demonstrate is to middle clicking the item inside the frames twice and it shows that the rarities gets removed back to common.
This might be WAI, as there is not a single mention of Winter Drop experimental toggle in the changelog. The features are in the preview by default.
Can confirm on my Windows laptop as well. Even defaulting the laptop keyboard (Fn+Esc) to F2 hotkey, it still doesn't work.
Do note that in the preview release, the oozing and the wind charging effect does apply properly on creepers.

Do keep in mind that it does emit particles, just not as much as before, as it only appears quite rarely when walking and sometimes not appearing at all when standing still.
Bats and glow squid are included in this bug ticket as well considering they aren't supposed to spawn inside the trial chambers as well.

No longer appears anymore as of 1.21.20.24.
It might be correct in the past, but considering the new discs also occupies between other older discs, based on redstone signal strength, like the case with Lena Raine's "Creator (Music Box)" disc and C418's "wait" disc, it would be confusing for a lot of new and even older players. I think it's best to wait for Mojang's verdict on this.
