A none host can reload the game
Steps to reproduce:
Look at a Item Frame with an item, that has a rarity
Have the same item in the inventory
Middle click on the Item Frame
Look at the color of the item name
Observed result:
The rarity of the item dosen't show
Expected result:
The rarity shows

Can reproduce but do note that this also works inconsistently, as sometimes it does shows, and sometimes it doesn't.
Best way to demonstrate is to middle clicking the item inside the frames twice and it shows that the rarities gets removed back to common.
I think this is a duplicate or related to MCPE-83121. (See comments.) Enchantments increase the rarity.
