No, this happens since 1.14. Did not happen in 1.13.2. Most likely caused by fix of MC-137688 and MC-137647.

Relates to MC-273770. I believe this was caused by inventory changes behind the scenes.

Could someone correct the summary? Dismounting places you in the same space as you, not the same space as your mount. This can clearly be viewed in the attached video. Does not affect minecarts too.

Java edition fix reverted in 25w03a. See MC-279494.

Still affects, making farmland with hoe MCPE-164731, MCPE-167133, MCPE-189880. This was not a valid parity issue.

Now fixed in 25w02a thanks to the fix for MC-189525. This should likely be marked as a duplicate.

As of snapshot 24w18a, this issue happens only when the crossbow does not have the Multishot enchantment. With Multishot, the crossbow behaves as it did in version 1.15.2 by moving up and down. (Confirmed in 25w02a as well.)
