Projectiles no longer show their hitbox when being nearby during the first 2 ticks

Summary:
Throwable projectiles like snowballs, eggs, etc. are not rendered for the first 2 ticks when being nearby to prevent them from flashing on the screen. This used to not apply to the hitbox but as of 24w33a it does, which seems unintentional. 24w33a also changed it so that whether they are visible or not depends on the camera position instead of the player's position but that's likely intentional.

Steps to reproduce:

/tick freeze
  1. Throw some snowballs.

  2. Press F3+B to show hitboxes.

  3. Move around.

Observed results:
If you are close to the snowballs, you do not see their hitbox.

Expected results:
If you are close to the snowballs, you should still see their hitbox like before 24w33a.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Won't Fix.

Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.
