Sculk sensors are not activated upon maps being used on banners

The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon maps being used on banners.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a banner and place down a sculk sensor.

2. Obtain an empty map and use it so that you have a filled map.

3. Right-click on the banner while holding the filled map and watch the sculk sensor closely as you do this.

Observed Behavior:

Sculk sensors aren't activated.

Expected Behavior:

Sculk sensors would be activated.
