Observers Don't Detect Item Frames.

When you place an item frame on an observer it does not detect it. The observer also does not detect when the item, in the item frame gets turned.

Observers detect BOTH of these things on Xbox one edition and Better Together.

This mainly breaks shulker box swapers, that's how i discovered it.

I'll have to disagree with you on this one, the frames are still producing a block update when placed, which the observer should detect as its a BUD. And this isn't really related to the other versions, i simply brought up XB1 edition and BT because they appear to have the intended behavior. There's PLENTY of other bugs with observers in those versions, which i have already reported on.

This is the bug tracker for Minecraft: Java Edition. Java Edition runs on Windows, Linux and Mac only. For bugs in Xbox One Edition, please report them to the Minecraft: Bedrock Edition bug tracker.

If you mean that Observer behaviour is different in Java Edition and Bedrock Edition, then this is a feature request and invalid as well. Observers simply are not able to work the same in all editions because of technical limitations.
