Axolotl variants are no longer saved when bucketing

If bucketing a non-pink axolotl, the axolotl that exits the bucket will be pink. The variant component is not stored on the bucket item, and the entity data component does not contain the component either. I would expect my axolotl to remain my favorite color 😞

Steps to reproduce

1. Obtain an axolotl spawn egg
2. Place the spawn egg until an axolotl that is not pink is spawned
3. Obtain a water bucket
4. Use the water bucket on the axolotl
5. Place the obtained bucket of axolotl
6. Observe that the axolotl is now pink as opposed to the color it was before
