Spear charging sound sometimes is played twice at the same time

When you charge with spear, the charging sound is played twice at the same time sometimes.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Get a spear.
2. Use a charge attack. (left clicking it)
3. Hear the sounds

Heard Result:
The sound plays twice sometimes.

Expected Result:
The sound should consistently play only once.
