Summary
F2 Keyboard shortcut does not work on Windows or Android with a Keyboard connected.
Steps to reproduce
Open any world
Press F2 (or whatever other key is assigned to Take Screenshot in Settings > Keyboard & Mouse)
Observed Results
Nothing happens.
Expected Behavior
A screenshot should appear in the Profile section for Screenshots.

Can confirm, although this also doesn't work on my Minecraft Preview on Windows, the hotkey is in the list but when i pressed F2 key nothing happens, so i'm not really sure.
Can confirm on my Windows laptop as well. Even defaulting the laptop keyboard (Fn+Esc) to F2 hotkey, it still doesn't work.
The bug tracker cannot in general provide updates on bug fixes. We are staffed by members of the player community, not Mojang employees, and we don't have access to Mojang's internal status. We only learn that a bug's been fixed when it's listed in a changelog, the same as other players.
I did works functionality for 1.21.60.24 Preview possibly fixed when I testing in my X86 Systems just fine 🙂
Just to add another detail to this issue - the screenshot function, itself, does work if you hit Esc and use the Screenshot icon in the lower left portion of the screen. It is just the hotkey that is not actually connected to the action. Have not tested the 1.21.60 Preview to validate JervieA20's comment.
