Projectiles lag behind the player's current looking direction

Projectiles Will Lag Behind The Players Current Looking Position
(Note: I'm not pressing left click before i turn my head)

Projectiles that are effected: Ender Peal, Snowball, Fishing hook, Trident, Splash Potion, Xp Bottle, fireworks rocket, And more.

Expected

Once a Projectile is used it shall be thrown from the players current head position

What happens
what happens is that the projectile will not be synced properly with the head position and once thrown it will be thrown from a different position in the past around 0.5 seconds in the past.

Steps to Reproduce

move your head to the side then throw a projectile. what happens is it throws from a previous position not current to the current position the player is looking.

Observed Results

Once The Projectile is thrown from a player who has move their head the projectile will not be thrown accurately and will lag behind.  This even happens in single player with offline off.
