If I have anything like a crossbow, or a custom item that shoots a projectile, it doesn't register movements that are quick, even if I right click after I turned my camera. What seems to be happening is that the arrow is still going towards where I was facing previous to my rotation. This can make very tense situations much more difficult and quite frankly ends up in a lot of deaths. I have a video attached to show exactly what I mean. (My onedrive was full so I had to use a different website) https://www.mediafire.com/file/w0pqet474t41san/2023-11-18_19-57-32.mkv/file

I already have that turned off, and have had it turned off. I also have tried experimenting with the fps limit, it just seems like the arrow adjusts itself later than the player camera. What I propose is that it uses the invisible ray that each player has to detect where the arrow should be facing, because as it seems, it looks to only be keeping up with the arms.

It seems like duplicate of MCPE-174685

Another thing I noticed is with these fast movements, when in third person it will update later, which is what I think is happening here. If I turn at a high speed, my head will turn a good bit later.
Could this be caused by v-sync?
