Can't use the anvil to enchant and change the name.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place an anvil

  2. Try to enchant, rename, or repair an item in the anvil

Observed Results:
You cannot enchant, rename, or repair items in the anvil.

Expected Results:
You should be able to.
