[MCPE-168704] I can't use the anvil. I can't merge or fix my item in my anvil

I can't use the anvil. It's not working as intended. Like when you enchant an item using an enchanted book. I just can't get the finish product of the item

This at least affects beta version 1.19.80.21 (and 22) on Android. I can place the item and a book in the anvil to add an enchantment, but nothing happens when trying to get the resulting item.
