Ok, so the anvil has 3 boxes and one has to place the item in the first box, the book in the second and then 'click on' the 3rd box to receive the enchanted item. This was the case in the stable MCPE versions. Then on 1.19.80.21 beta, to enchant the item, one had to DRAG the enchanted item on the 3rd box out of the 3rd box for the item to get enchanted. Now, in 1.19.80.22, box clicking and dragging the item in the 3rd box is not working and that means that the item is now no longer getting enchanted. I have attached a video of this along with the settings I have. I created this world in the 1.19.80.21 version.
