Enchanting with anvils is not possible on the 1.20 preview (pocket edition). Putting and taking tools in the left slot and an enchanting books in the right is possible but when trying to take the resulted enchanted tool, it is unable to be taken. This is probably due to the new selection system that has been implemented.
