The Bug:
Sculk sensors are not activated upon entering / leaving a vault's activation range.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a sculk sensor next to an unopened vault.
2. Ideally set gamemode to Creative to not accidentally trigger the sculk sensor through walking.
3. Move away from the vault's detection range.
4. ❌ Sculk sensor doesn't activate, despite the vault going into locked state.
5. Move into the vault's detection range again.
6. ❌ Sculk sensor doesn't activate, despite the vault going into unlocked state.
Observed behavior:
The sculk sensor does not activate performing steps 3. / 5. as mentioned above, as seen in:
Expected behavior:
The sculk sensor would activate upon entering / leaving a vault's activation range.
(Note: This is different to MC-268188 as that issue is about opening the vault with a trial key.)
