Same issues just like MC-268190
Sculk sensors are not activated upon entering or leaving a vault's activation range.

Steps to reproduce
Place a sculk sensor next to an unopened vault.
Set gamemode to Creative to not accidentally trigger the sculk sensor through walking.
Move away from the vault's detection range. -> ❌ Sculk sensor doesn't activate, despite the vault going into locked state.
Move into the vault's detection range again. -> ❌ Sculk sensor doesn't activate, despite the vault going into unlocked state.
Observed Results
The sculk sensor does not activate performing steps 3 & 4 as mentioned above, as seen in:

The sculk sensor would activate upon entering / leaving a vault's activation range.
Note: This is different to MCPE-178509 as that issue is about opening the vault with a trial key.
