I know this isn't a bug but I didn't know where else to go. Can you change the names of music disks so you know what song is what?

I'm not sure what you're asking.
Music discs at all times display their song and their artist (which for all of them is C418) underneath their name when you hover over them. For example, if you hover over the broken disc it will say "C418 - 11", "11" being the title of the song.
Music discs cannot, as far as I'm aware, be renamed in language packs as of yet, so you cannot change their name (even though you can change the music itself).
