[MC-268986] Since version 1.9, the animation for horses, donkeys, and mules stepping up is quicker.

Prior to 1.9, while riding a horse, donkey, or mule and ascending a single block, the animation for the upward movement was slightly slower. Since 1.9, this animation has been accelerated.
