Normally, note block above glass blocks makes hat sound; however, conduit doesn't have any glass on it, so they should makes the harp instead of the hat sound
Step 1: Place conduit
Step 2: Place note block on top of the conduit
Step 3: Press F3 to check the note blocks -> Hat
