[MC-269111] Scoreboard criteria damage dealt doesn't count bow damage

The scoreboard criteria "damage_dealt" doesn't count bow damage. For example:

/scoreboard objectives add Dummy minecraft.custom:minecraft.damage_dealt

It counts melee attacks but no ranged ones.
