Some diacritics intersect the language box in the languages menu

Discovered while testing MC-269438.

The bug

When selecting certain languages, specifically those whose names contain diacritics on capital letters, parts of those diacritics coincide with the outer border of the selection box.

How to reproduce

Select such a language e.g. Czech

Expected results

No intersection, and preferably a one pixel gap.

Actual results

They coincide.
