You don't get any damage if you fight against the breeze in a minecart or in a boat

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought that you would get damaged or that the boat or minecart would be destroyed

What actually happened was...:
I was only thrown back a little in the boat and the minecart and because the breeze attacks you from all sides, I actually stayed in the same place.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go in a boat
2. Spawn a breeze around you
3. Switch to gamemode survival
