The bug:{*}{*}
This has been an issue since the Breeze mob was introduced. Breezes do not move their heads in any capacity, unlike Blazes or any other mob. Normally this bug is just a visual thing, but even using “show hitboxes” to see their eye level, this does not change either.
This is also a parity issue, as in Bedrock edition Breezes do indeed move their heads and look around like other mobs.
