so i play hypixel with mods to play skyblock and when i try to play hypixel i crash and it give me the error code 1, idk what to do, the mods let me play before all of this, idk what to do, and ii play on 1.8.9 but the website says that it doesnt exist so i placed 1.20.4 do do it

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We only take issues for the latest release and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
