Does this crash occur with the default resource pack ?

No, but if i press play and change resource pack inside the game its fine

Can you attach that texture pack (if smaller than 10 MB) or provide a link to it ?

if i start the game without resource pack, i cant change it in game,
i press options>resource pack but when i press the resource pack nothing is happening

Resourcepack itself is corrupt, download it again and it might work assuming you have the hardware to back it up.
